ORDERS
Can I add something to my order?
In an effort to get your items out to you as quickly as possible, unfortunately at this time we are unable to add items to an existing order.
What types of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
For any paper products (greeting cards, stickers, bookmarks, and buttons), key chains and charms we typically ship within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email as soon as we have your items packaged and ready to ship.
For apparel, mugs, totes, posters, pillows and iPhone cases, they typically ship within 2-7 days and on average 3.
If your order contains a mix of paper based and apparel-type products you may receive more than one package and/or delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All domestic orders come with tracking, even if your order ships in multiple packages you will receive an email with tracking information for each.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will it take for my international order to arrive?
For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order after that time, please send us a message with your order number.
Are there any extra fees when shipping internationally?
Yes, it is possible, each country is different, but you as the buyer will be responsible for all tariffs/duties/taxes once your parcel arrives in your country.
My order didn't arrive.
Please email us with your order number and we'll get back to you right away with the next steps.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Fun Usual Suspects. You may return un-used, non-downloadable merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and processing fees will not be refunded.
In order to initiate a return, please email us at sales@funusualsuspects.com and we'll send you the information needed to send us the merchandise.
Shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping will be the buyers responsibility. We put as much information as possible in the product description but if there is anything you are unsure of, just ask.
QUALITY CONTROL
Uh oh! My merchandise arrived damaged! What do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and if possible a picture of the item and packaging and we will respond with the next steps.
WHOLESALE / BULK DISCOUNTS
If you wish to purchase in bulk or for a retail environment please contact us via our website for wholesale/reseller opportunities.
